What Greensboro Drivers Are Saying
I live in Greensboro and drive 40 minutes to take my Hyundai to Crenshaw Hyundai...and I didn't even buy it at this place. I recently had an issue with the transmission in my 2016 Hyundai. Thankfully it was under warranty. The service advisor took care of handling everything with the warranty department and reaching out to me to let me know my deductible. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and kindness of all the staff here. The service advisor will always be my "go-to guy". Thank you for a job well done.
My local Hyundai dealers in Greensboro and High Point couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone when I called to ask about the engine clutch fluid replacement, required every 22.5K miles in the IONIQ owner's manual. I wanted to protect my 5-year-old Ioniq's 10-year powertrain warranty. Crenshaw's service department picked up the phone promptly and quickly scheduled me for this apparently rather obscure service. When I came in for the appointment they were able to get me in and out in just a bit over an hour. I had to drive a bit further to get this done but I feel like this dealership and service department have my interest and satisfaction at heart. Will use them again in the future if I can.
I recently purchased a car at this location and had such a positive experience. I worked with my salesperson, whose limitless energy from test-driving to signing documents kept my spirits up through an intimidating process. He was very personable and worked with me and my financial needs to get me a good deal in my budget. The finance manager was great as well and explained everything in detail which was super helpful for me as a first time car buyer. I never felt pressured and they were very respectful of my time. They even followed up with me a few days after purchasing just to see if I had any lingering questions. All in all, a great experience and I'm loving my new car!
